This photo was taken in Luccombe, a tiny little village that is about 3 miles from here as the crow flies. I haven't been there for years as it is a bit off the beaten track and if you don't have a car, which I don't, it's not a pleasant walk. (main road to the turn off ). It is a beautiful little village at the foot of the highest point on Exmoor, Dunkery Beacon 1,750 ft. The streets are really narrow and twisty. It has lovely little cottages, a church and not much else apart from a timeless beauty, peace and tranquillity ...... via http://500px.com/photo/101947123
